How can Glenn Martin Green continue to scam innocent people when he has an intense police and jail record?

I worked with Glenn M. Green (sometimes he uses Glenn J. Green) when he had a fake company called NetCDRom. Glenn Green used to call it InFocus Multi-media. This guy has had over like 45 fake company names. Glenn Martin Green is always popping up in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas with additional fake company names. Glenn M. Green has definitely been incarcerated IN JAIL over like 5 times. He gave fake, forged, rubber checks all over Texas. I just cannot figure out out Glenn Martin Green and his scam artist wife Starla Green (she often goes by Starla Jo Winter) continue to hurt people in Texas and continue to open more fake business names and pyramid scheme companies. Be very careful of Glenn Green of Houston Texas. He is a dangerous and bad character.
