Im a freshmen in High School and im 5'1 and weigh 120 lbs. I know im not "fat" or anything but i would like to shed some fat. I live with my Grandma and shes very protective and she wont allow me to jog on the street and i cant join a gym. So i was trying to brainstorm some exorcises that i could do in my home without having to purchase a tread mil or anything but one that would be very effective. I heard somewhere that jump rope can make you lose weight if so how long should i do it? Thanks alot!
