I have a blackberry storm and I'm thinking of switching to the 8830 Cruve since I'm sick and tired of the bugs of the storm and the ridiculously crappy battery life. My question was. Can I also use Google maps or the BB maps on the Curve? I was hoping to maybe get the overpriced dataplan for a month just to download a few of the features such as the weatherbug, google maps and etc and then cancel it. Would that work? Would accessing the GPS cause Verizon to charge me for the dataplan?
