I am thinking of doing endometrial ablation Novasure?

Is it safe and does it work! I am 28 w/ 2 kids and am contemplating this! My tubes are tied but I'm done with kids and I really don't want a Hysterectomy! I need somthing simple that isnt gonna put me out of work for a long period of time!
