Verizon Wireless - phone upgrade, secondary line, from regular phone to blackberry?

Hey, my upgrade date is tomorrow and I wanted to know if I can upgrade my phone to the BB Tour, I'm on the secondary line, my dad has the Pearl so I know the plan can have smartphones on it, I was wondering if you had to add anything extra to the plan for secondary lines to have a blackberry, oh and if the 2 BBs share the BB data plan, or you have to get one for each phone, and if the discount still applies to secoondary lines
