I'm trying to remember an old animated show i watched when i was a kid.?

I dont think it was a show, like a tv series, but im not sure. i think it was like a short story fable. but all i remember is that it was in color; the main character was a boy, and he had big anime eyes; i dont remember him saying actual words, more or less just "breathing" so you could tell he was thinking something. and he was bad, he misbehaved. and the only part i remember is him walking through a field with hills and coming along a barn that had little piggies in it and he wrote on their bellies! i dont remember what he wrote or anything else, but if someone has ANY idea on what i might be talking about that would be wonderful! lol and im 20. i probably watched when i was like 3 considering how much i dont remember. theres no telling how long it had been out before i saw it.... HELP! :)
