yes they are congruent, both triangles are 3, 4, 5 right triangles. for the first one use pythagorean theorem (a^2+b^2=c^2) and you see that 9+16=c^2 so 25=c^2 so c=5 . use the same formula to find the last leg of the second triangle is 3 and so they are congruent
