On a off-road bike do u have to ride on flat surface or can it be a plowed field from a tractor?

its an of road bike you can ride on off road terrain its ment for that but like the other guy said plowed fields are not fun on dirt bikes there very bummpy and hard to balance on but at the time good pratice.
