What is it called when a family member gets into a college fraternity because a relative was a member?

It's called legacy. Some organizations have a legacy clause that lets a person become a member of a fraternity because a legal guardian, mother, father, aunt, brother, sister or uncle was/is a member. You would still have to meet the requirements to get in.
