Are my swollen lymph nodes behind my ear related to my cracked tooth?

I have had a back tooth on my left side filled twice due to not getting the cavity all the way. Now after the second filling I believe I have cracked the filling/tooth. When I got my tooth filled the first time, I noticed I had a hard knot behind my ear above my mastoid and then when I got it refilled a year later and the knot went soft and I could move it....I've been doing a detox and I've noticed I have more bumps that are squishy, I'm thinking they are the retroauricular lymph nodes trying to possibly fight the tooth. Does this sound right?
