Can you become an ghost on sims 3 for wii?

Ok i have sims 3 for wii and my person died . i am looking at his Grove and i mourn but nothing happens. can you become one on sims 3 . What do thy look like . and also if you can awsner this question and the other one i will give to best awnser . Ok can you date a ghost and can you change ghost colurs hurry and please tell me the unknown awnsers!!!!!!!!!!!!thank and reamber i have it for wii for wii for wii not for pc thanks
