I am goin to read this poem in cl but i don't want to sound stupid?

Read it slowly. Savor each word. Memorize as much as possible, so that, at a particularly poignant moment, you can look up and make eye contact with the audience. Try to over-act; if you think that you're being too dramatic, then you're doing it right (if you think that you're doing it right, then you're probably mumbling, being too quiet, monotone, etc.). And, most of all, remember that the more confident you are, the better you will look.
