I have a 4 mth old sun conure and he is great, quiet, sweet and funny, but at night when he is falling asleep-

he almost falls off the perch, he tries to stay awake even but fails and falls!!! when he sleeps on my chest, he sleeps on his side like a dog, he doesnt sleep like the other birds, he eats well(zupreem pellets+seeds) he still wont try fruits and vegies, he is playful, sweet and generally happy. is it normal that he likes to lay on his side/back? should he be falling off the perch when he falls asleep? any sunny owners that can help please do. thanks.
