Why have english people turned into Germans over a few years,what happened to british humour like the songs?

(look at my name)monty python,Norman Wisdom,carry on humour,the politicians like tony benn,who told it as it was,cricket and cream teas on a sunday,braving the weather on a rainy beach,all we do is moan about immigrants,late trains,speed cameras,bankers,we are now like the french(except we trust our thieving MP's)OUCH,lets join the Germans,get your beach towels ready
