A good Kanji Dictionary :)?

Hello, well I'm interested in learning Kanji and I understand how to identify radicals and what not, but I'm just looking for a good (not too expensive) handheld book for Kanji. If you could mention some links or books that worked well for you, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks :)
